True Love Waits
The Guidance Services Office of Colegio de Sta. Ana de Victorias held its seminar and inspirational talk on February 13, 2019, with the theme: True Love Waits, which relates to the month’s celebration of Valentines. This event was initiated by Mr. Christopher Frias, who also invited the Resource Speakers: Dr. Calvin Dave Ganub (Anchor Counselor of USLS Bacolod) and Mr. Aster Dedoroy (Advocate Spoke Person of Walang Forever Ministry). The theme of the event focuses on youth’s issues like pre-marital sex, teen age pregnancy, gender sensitivity, and relationship; which are relatable to College and Senior High school Students.
Blood Letting Program: “Share Blood, Give Life!”
Colegio de Sta. Ana de Victorias ROTC Unit in cooperation with the City of Victorias Wellness Program and Negros First Provincial Blood Center conducted a Bloodletting Program on February 15, 2019, which gives abled students, faculty, staff and civilians the opportunity to donate blood
RAATI 2019
The Regional Annual Administrative Tactical Inspection (RAATI) of Colegio de Sta. Ana de Victorias ROTC Unit was held on February 20, 2019 at CSAV Integrated School Grounds. The Tactical Inspection was headed by COL Danilo Ibon as Chairman of the Evaluation Team. CAD MAJ Kristel Marie Demegillo, 3rd CL, is this year’s corps commander.
1st Business Management Week
The BM Department celebrated their Business Management Week with the theme: Finding your Passion and Purpose in your Chosen Career on February 26 to March 2, 2019. The department showcased their courses through the “Course Mo, Booth Mo”, Skills Olympics and Battle of the Minds, as well as Seminars on “Attitude, Workplace Values, and Ethics” by Dr. Gina Montes, “The 5 Ps to Success” by Mr. Japeth Gever Jingco and “Think Green” for Agribusiness students.
