Christmas Celebrations

The Christmas Celebration was formally opened with a Lights On event (Christmas Display) at Colegio de Sta. Ana de Victorias on December 7, 2018. This event included a prayer and reflection, a Christmas carol from Criminology and Education Students, then proceeded the countdown for the lighting of various Christmas trees made by CSAV students. The materials used for the decorations are mostly recycled and indigenous to promote simplicity and creativity.

A Christmas celebration is not complete without the spirit of giving, thus, Ananians showed their support to the adopted community through Gift-Giving activity on December 15, 2018 at Brgy. 6 (Poblacion), Victorias City. This activity includes feeding program, giving of goods, and games for both children and parents which are facilitated by CSAV faculty and staff, SSC officers, and student-volunteers from IS, SHS, and College Department. A partner institution, (Junior Chamber International-Philippines) extended their support in making this event possible.

3rd Pinning Ceremony

Colegio de Sta.Ana de Victorias held its 3rd Pinning Ceremony of the following courses: BEED, AB English, BS Psychology, BS Criminology, BS Office Administration, and BS accounting Technology on December 7, 2018. This program intends to officially deploy and prepare students to their respective on-the-job training environment, and former interns (who are now graduates) shared their experiences and testimonies. The ceremony was concluded by candle-lighting, an oath of service, and singing of the Alma Mater song.

Arts and Sciences Days

The Arts and Sciences Department held its 1st Arts and Sciences Days on December 6-7, 2018, with AB English, BS Social Work, and BS Psychology Students. This event started with a ribbon cutting, booth exhibit, Christmas carol competition, essay-writing, and poster-making contest.
